2024 OFF SEASON PROGRAM
Speak to any AFL player and they will tell you that the most important time of the year is in the off-
season. But hang on, they aren’t playing matches in the off season, so how can this be?
AFL players use the off season to work heavily on their fitness as well as match simulation strategies
and techniques. This is the time of the year where they set themselves and their game up for the
upcoming footy season. This is where your junior player can also do the same in preparation for the 2024 Junior Football Season.
We want your player to experience elite level coaching and that is why we are including AFL/VFL coaches, AFL/AFLW players, and our highly skilled Junior Footy Stars coaches to bring to you the 2024 February-March Off Season Program. This program will allow your child to not only benefit from "A different coaches voice", they will also receive key coaching from those at the elite level. No one else within the industry can provide your Junior Footballer with this level of experience. See below for all elements of the 2024 Junior Footy Stars Off Season Program which includes a total of 10 high intense training sessions totalling 15 hours of pure football development. Not only will we enhance the players skills with a range of different key football component techniques, we will also deliver game sense training at an intensity level which will not only improve their overall game, but will help them to gain an edge on the opposition in 2024.

Frequently Asked Questions: What if my son/daughter is unable to attend a session due to illness or travel? - If your registered son or daughter misses a session, we will credit the $45.00 for that session to you towards a future session. Do we have to attend the entire 4 hours for the matchday? - No, your child will be allocated a timeslot for their match on November 26. You will only need to attend that time slot. Will the 5 weekly training sessions be the same? - No. Each session training plan is specifically structured, and no 2 sessions are the same. I have a child who is 8 (Junior Stars Squad) and a sibling who is 11 (Footy Stars Squad). Will they be training at the same location at the same time? - Yes, they will be. We specifically run the 2 squads at the same time so that parents don’t have to wait around for the 2nd session. We have enough space on an oval to run 2 groups. What is the minimum number of players required for a program at a specific location to go ahead? - Each Squad requires a minimum of 10 players for the program to proceed at any location. This is to maximize the outcomes we want from each of the skills/drills conducted. For example, if the junior squad has 14 players and the senior squad has 4 players, we may combine the 2 squads into 1. We will be in regular contact with parents regarding numbers within each squad at each location. When will we find out who the AFL/AFLW player and AFL Coach attending the specific sessions are? - This information will be provided to everyone as soon as we are able to announce it. All program information will be finalized by October 7. When will we find out the ground locations for the Saturday sessions? - This will be communicated with you as soon as they are locked in. Are payment plans available? - Yes, payment plans are available. You can either pay for the Off-Season Program in Full, in 2 installments of $225.00 or 3 installments of $150.00. If I register for the program and my child can no longer attend, what is the process in terms of a credit/refund? If your child is no longer able to attend, the following policy will apply: -You will receive a 40% refund of the total amount paid. -You will receive a 40% credit of the total amount paid. -20% will remain with Junior Footy Stars as an administration fee.
